Ingredients
- 8 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 dl wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl honey
- 75 g melted butter or margarine
Preparation
Mix together the dry ingredients. Add the milk, eggs and melted butter/margarine and honey. If the honey is hard, you can melt it by putting it in finger-warm milk before adding it to the batter. Let the batter rest for half an hour. Pour the batter onto a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 200-225 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
Serve with jam, honey foam (whipped cream with honey) or ice cream.
