This honey is RAW and cold pressed , harvested and pressed on Sweden's National Day, 6/6-25 .

Cold pressing preserves the honey's natural character, resulting in an increased natural content of pollen and beeswax . This contributes to both depth of flavor and texture - just as honey should be.

We press this type of honey only once a year , in very limited quantities. When the honey later crystallizes, it becomes naturally solid , completely without any influence or additives.
