Blueberry syrup



4 dl fresh blueberries

1 dl solid honey

½ tsp vanilla powder

Do this

Rinse the berries and let them drain.

Melt the honey in a pan and add the blueberries and vanilla powder.

Let the berries boil for about 2 minutes.

Then remove the pan from the heat.

Pour the freshly cooked blueberry syrup into hot, well-cleaned jars that are tightly sealed.
