Ingredients

Peel and juice of 1/2 orange (1/2 orange equals 2 tbsp juice)
3 tsp white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons liquid honey
3 tbsp oil
1 pack cabbage mix of 250 g (preferably cabbage and carrot mix with beetroot & kohlrabi)
Salt
Black pepper
Do this
Rinse and finely grate the outermost peel of the orange. Squeeze out 2 tablespoons of juice (for 4 port).
Mix the orange juice with peel, vinegar, honey and oil.
Fold the cabbage mix into the dressing. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
