Package with Swedish honey, bee pollen, and bee bread

A package containing liquid honey, heather honey, bee pollen, and bee bread from Villa Blomstergren. Here you get four hive products in one package, including mild liquid honey, flavorful heather honey, and two products that go perfectly with breakfast, smoothies, yogurt, and porridge.

The liquid honey has a smooth and rounded taste that is easy to use in tea, on pancakes, over yogurt, or in baking. The heather honey has a deeper and more aromatic character, making the package more varied for those who want to try different types of Swedish honey.

Bee pollen can be sprinkled over yogurt, porridge, muesli, smoothies, or salads. Bee bread has a more distinctive flavor and can be eaten as is or used as a topping in small amounts.

About bee pollen and bee bread

Bee pollen is collected by bees from flowers and shaped into small pollen pellets. Bee bread is pollen that has been processed and fermented in the hive. Both products are often used as toppings for breakfast, smoothies, and simple dishes.

Natural crystallization

Honey can become solid or grainy over time. This is a natural process that depends on the honey's composition and how it is stored. Crystallization does not mean the honey has gone bad.

How to make the honey liquid again

Place the jar in a warm water bath with the lid on, using hot tap water. Let it stand for a while and stir gently if necessary. Replace the water with fresh hot water if needed and repeat until the honey becomes liquid again. Avoid using a microwave, as it heats unevenly.
