Honey varies widely in flavour, colour and texture. These differences depend partly on the flowers the bees collect nectar from and when the honey is harvested during the season.

At Villa Blomstergren, you’ll find Scandinavian honey from our own apiaries in Skåne and carefully selected suppliers in Sweden and Denmark. Our range includes mild, floral varieties as well as honey with deeper, richer flavours.

Liquid honey is easy to drizzle over yoghurt, porridge, cheese and pancakes, or stir into tea. Set honey has a smooth, spreadable texture that makes it ideal for bread and toast. Both work well in baking and cooking, too.
