What does cold pressed & RAW mean?
RAW honey has not been heat-treated. This means that the honey's natural enzymes, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals are retained to the greatest possible extent.

This honey often crystallizes faster than regular honey. This is completely natural and a sign that the honey is genuine and untreated – no sugar has been added.
